Board Description:
The Board shall assist in the coordination of the state’s economic development efforts and develop a strategic plan. The board shall secure funding for programs and activities of Enterprise Florida from federal, state, local and private sources; adopt, amend and repeal bylaws. The board shall appoint an executive director.
