Renee Hoffner Dabbs, Principal with The Voyageur Company, Joins Women Connected Advisory Board

Leslie McCabe-Holm, Chairwoman of The Bank of Tampa’s Women Connected Advisory Board, has announced the appointment of Renee Dabbs to its advisory board. Renee is a principal with The Voyageur Company, a national voter contact and fundraising firm, where she serves as a strategist to a number of local, regional and national political and mission-driven campaigns.

In addition to her other professional roles, Renee serves as the principal partner of Conventions 2016, an organization providing complete event development and fundraising support to sponsors and participants of both the Republican and Democratic National Conventions.  During the most recent conventions of 2012, Renee worked with over two dozen associations, coalitions, corporations, and state party delegations to execute a series of world-class events in an environment where political, media and business expectations were high. Renee has also had the opportunity to co-present at the Citadel Symposium on Southern Politics in 2010, where she was the only non-academic presenter.

Renee is also known nationally for her work on issues related to women and their viability in senior leadership roles. She is currently lending her time and expertise in working with a national association whose mission is to help elected women at the state, county and city levels by providing them with a toolbox to be more effective as leaders.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Renee began her professional career in sales and marketing with Proctor & Gamble, where she quickly advanced to director-level positions.  Following her tenure there, she went on to serve as the Chief Operating Officer The Victory Group, a full-service communications, media, imaging, and production firm.
