The Women’s Exchange (WE) exists to bring visible and equitable female representation to boards of directors.

Accomplishing this is not a singular act. Through building a network of highly-skilled women ready to take action, we help navigate your path towards a seat on nonprofit, government and corporate boards.

WE’s network of members share their experiences and insights, and be your advocates as you pursue board positions across Tampa Bay. Together, WE are able to lead Tampa Bay to new levels of growth and productivity.

Women’s Exchange Member Melissa Ernst Appointed to FTA Board of Directors

Tampa, FL – Women’s Exchange member, Melissa Ernst, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Florida Trucking Association (FTA) and serves as the Finance Committee Chair. The Florida Trucking Association has promoted and protected the interests of Florida’s trucking and transportation industry for more than 80 years.
